The following recipe
is very popular amongst Vegetarians it has many benefits
which will keep you nice and healthy along with giving
you the right nutrients if you are needing a good
meal if your dieting. Remember dieting as a Vegan
or Vegetarian is allot harder to do because you must
have key nutritional foods in your diet.
Green Pepper
Bake

3 green peppers, cut in half lengthwise
1/2 lb. pasteurized process cheese spread, cubed or Vegan equivalent
1 (12 oz.) can whole kernel sweet corn drained,
1 c. chopped tomato
1 c. fresh bread crumbs
2 tbsp. butter, melted or Vegan equivalent
How to prepare:
Remove seeds from peppers.
Parboil 5 minutes. Drain. Reserve 1/2 cup process
cheese
spread. Combine remaining cheese spread, sweet corn,
and tomato. Spoon mixture into peppers. Top with
reserved cheese spread and sprinkle with combined
bread crumbs and melted butter. Bake at 350 degrees
for 30-35 minutes or until crumbs are golden brown.
